Obituary for Frank Anthony Lepre Jr.

Frank Anthony Lepre, Jr., of Morrisville, PA, died on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at Jefferson Bucks Hospital in Langhorne, PA.

Born in Hackettstown, NJ, Frank and his husband Robert “Bobby” Lee Martin had made their home in Morrisville for the past 15 years. Earlier they had lived in New Hope. Frank had most recently worked at the Giant Food Market in New Hope. He was a man of many hats who could reinvent himself as the job warranted. His real focus was on the home he and Bobby shared. It was where Frank was happiest. He and Bobby always welcomed friends and neighbors. Frank had a generous heart, a unique sense of humor and loved to laugh and joke. He was a great cook and enjoyed trying new recipes in the kitchen. Frank loved music, played the guitar and was a big fan of KISS. At Christmas time he lavishly decorated their home with a generous spirit and careful attention to detail.

Away from home Frank enjoyed being out among family and friends. He loved the Jersey Shore with Ocean City being a favorite destination. He was a devoted animal lover, volunteered for several rescue groups and often surprised Bobby with a new foster pet that needed some extra care.

Frank was the beloved husband of Robert “Bobby” Martin. He is also survived by his brothers Harry Lepre of Hackettstown, Leonard Carrara of Mexico City; several cousins, nieces and nephews and his treasured friends Andrea Forconi, Natalie and Brett Fisher, Jannie and Evan Krout, and Rob and Katie with whom he shared his home. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Muriel Hart Lepre and his brother Kenneth Lepre.

The funeral mass will be offered on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 9:15 am at St. John the Evangelist Church, 44 Bridge Street, Lambertville, NJ 08530.
