Randy E. Sanger, 67, of New Hope, PA, died at home on Saturday, April 25, 2020.

Born in Harrisburg, PA, Randy lived in Pottstown and Lambertville before moving to New Hope 19 years ago. He proudly served in the US Army in Viet Nam and was a member of American Legion Post 79 in New Hope. Randy was also a member of the NRA. Dedicated to his community and neighbors, Randy had been a volunteer firefighter and EMS responder in Pottstown. Professionally he worked in construction, supervising many large projects. He was also a skilled electrician. He was the first to extend a helping hand to those in need. Randy enjoyed traveling, cooking and studying the Bible. He was steadfast in prayer for others and was a generous, kind and loving gentleman.

Randy is survived by his dear friend of 19 years, Linda Cane of New Hope, as well as Linda’s daughter, Kristin Hollander and her granddaughter Brielle. He regarded them all as family. Randy is also survived by his 7 children: Ransom II (wife Toni) of Severn, MD; Israel (Amie) of Glen Burnie, MD, Malachi (Deborah) of Severn, MD, Jude (Kelley) of Schwenksville, PA, Jordan (Kristin) of Schwenksville, PA, Rachel Daub of Stowe, PA and Leah (Kerry) Daplyn of Phoenixville, PA; 21 grandchildren; his brother Robert Tulish; and his sisters Della Zimmerman and Bonnie Tulish.

Randy took great joy in playing with Brielle, watching sunsets with Linda and treasuring nature’s sounds of birds, crickets and frogs.

Funeral services will be private.

Randy will be interred at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown. PA..
